Dillard's Contest Official Rules, Terms and Conditions
1. The sweepstakes is open to United States residents who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter. Winners may be required to provide proof of age.
2. The sweepstakes will be run between 03/08/09 through 04/11/09. Entry forms can be found in ads running twice weekly in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Dillard's select home-delivered Sunday newspaper wraps as well as in five Dillard's shoe departments. Weekly entries must be received by noon each Friday of the promotion. Only original entry forms allowed, any reproductions or photocopied entry forms will be disqualified. Limit on number of entries, one entry each week for a total of five (5) entries. Multiple entries in one week will be disqualified. The grand prize drawing will be a combination of all five weeks of entries. Grand prize will be chosen the week of April 13th.
3. Only entry forms with complete, accurate and legible information will be considered eligible.
4. St. Louis Post-Dispatch (SLPD), Dillard's (DDS) or its agents or assigns are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, destroyed or misdirected entries, or for miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
5. All entries become the exclusive property of the SLPD and DDS and will not be returned to the entrant.
6. Any taxes or additional expenses associated with the awarded prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
7. This sweepstakes is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.
8. Employees of Dillard's, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their families are not eligible to win.
9. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judging organization, which are final on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. The return of any prize/prizes notification as undelivered may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
10. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the SLPD and DDS as well as any directors, officers or employees of these organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes.
11. By submitting an entry form entrants consent to the collection, processing and use of the information contained in the entry form by the SLPD and DDS for any purpose it sees fit, including the use of this information for marketing purposes by SLPD or third party companies and may be provided to third party companies at the sole discretion of the SLPD and DDS. Winners allow the SLPD and DDS the right to use their name and or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. If for any reason the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the contest, the SLPD and DDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the contest without notice to the entrants.
13. One (1) weekly winner will be chosen every Friday of the promotion from each of the five (5) participating Dillard's locations. Weekly winners will receive one $250 Dillard's gift card; a total of 25 winners. One grand prize winner will receive $1,000 on Dillard's gift cards to use towards a show wardrobe or Dillard's merchandise. Gift cards are only good for Dillard's merchandise. Subject to terms and conditions outlined on Dillard's gift cards.
14. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
15. Prize winner(s) will be determined on the basis of a random drawing. All winner selection procedures shall be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Weekly drawings will be conducted Friday each week of the promotion. Winner's names each week from the five (5) Dillard's locations will be announced online at www.stltoday.com/dillards every Monday starting March 16 - April 13. Grand prize drawing will be conducted the week of April 13 and announced online Monday, April 20. To obtain a winner's list, after 4/20/09, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Marketing Dept./Dillard's Shoe Contest Winners List, 900 N.
